Information processed
We process name, email, phone and verification details for accounts; identity and professional documents for driver applications; and photos, video, licence plate and service details for profiles and vehicle listings. Location, route, trip request, message, review, membership and notification details are processed when you use the relevant features.
Purposes
We use this information for account access and security, driver verification, matching passengers with vehicles and drivers, trip communication, support, review of free usage renewal requests, and service safety. Historical payment records may be retained where legally required. Trip details are shown to the driver providing the requested service. Information you choose to publish on your profile is visible to other users.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, map, email and notification infrastructure may be used to operate the service. Information is kept while needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, the account and associated records are removed from the live system. If removal of uploaded files from storage fails, it is retried.
